من نحن وما هو التطبيق
«بوابتي» تطبيقٌ يستعمله مشترك الإنترنت لدى مزوّد خدمة («المزوّد» أو «الموزّع») يدير شبكته بنظام Omr Tik. يعرض التطبيق اشتراكك وتاريخ انتهائه واستهلاكك وسرعتك، ويتيح لك التجديد والدفع من رصيدك ومراسلة مزوّدك وميزاتٍ أخرى يفعّلها المزوّد.
نحن (Omr Tik) نشغّل التطبيق والخادم الذي يصله. أمّا اشتراكك نفسه وبياناته (اسمك، باقتك، رصيدك، حساب الإنترنت) فيملكها ويديرها مزوّدك؛ ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه لتقديم هذه الخدمة فقط.
لا إعلانات، ولا معرّف إعلاني، ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأحد.
لا نصل إلى موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا ملفّاتك.
لا نقرأ ولا نسجّل المواقع التي تتصفّحها.

الغرض
أين يُحفظ
بيانات الدخول: اسم المستخدم وكلمة السرّ لحساب الإنترنت، أو رقم الهاتف/الرقم التسلسلي مع آخر ٤ أرقام من الهاتف — بحسب ما يسمح به المزوّد.
التحقّق من أنك صاحب الاشتراك.
على جهازك في مخزنٍ مشفّر (Android Keystore) لإعادة الدخول تلقائياً. تُرسَل إلى خادمنا مشفّرةً عند الدخول للتحقّق منها مقابل نظام مزوّدك، ولا يُحفظ ما تكتبه عند الدخول على خادمنا (عدا ما يحفظه مزوّدك أصلاً ضمن نظامه، كحسابات RADIUS).
بيانات اشتراكك: الاسم المعروض، الباقة، تاريخ الانتهاء، الاستهلاك، الرصيد، السرعة وحالة الاتصال.
عرضها لك.
مصدرها نظام مزوّدك؛ ونسخةٌ أخيرة على جهازك كي لا تفتح الشاشة فارغة، تُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج.
رسائلك إلى المزوّد (الدعم).
إيصالها لمزوّدك وعرض ردوده.
خادمنا؛ تُحذف تلقائياً بعد ٩٠ يوماً من إغلاق المحادثة.
إشعارات الدفع: المحفظة، المبلغ، رقم مرجع التحويل، وملاحظتك.
ليتحقّق مزوّدك من دفعتك ويجدّد اشتراكك.
خادمنا؛ تُحذف بعد ٩٠ يوماً من البتّ فيها. التطبيق لا يعالج بطاقات دفع ولا يطلب بياناتها.
عمليات الرصيد: التجديد، التيربو، الباقة الليلية، ساعات الأولاد، تحويل الرصيد لمشترك آخر، النقاط ودعوة جارك.
تنفيذ ما تطلبه وحفظ سجلّه لمزوّدك.
نظام مزوّدك وخادمنا — كسجلٍّ ماليّ للاشتراك يحتفظ به المزوّد.
نتائج اختبار السرعة: سرعة التنزيل والرفع، زمن الاستجابة والتذبذب.
إخبارك إن كانت سرعتك مطابقة لباقتك، وإيصال النتيجة لمزوّدك ليعالج الضعف.
خادمنا؛ تُحذف بعد ٩٠ يوماً.

تُستعمل مؤقّتاً لحدّ المحاولات، وقد تظهر في سجلّات الخادم التقنية.
أذونات الجهاز
الكاميرا: لمسح رمز QR الخاصّ بشبكة مزوّدك فقط، وتُطلب حين تضغط «امسح». الصورة تُعالج على جهازك ولا تُحفظ ولا تُرسل.
الإشعارات: تُطلب بعد أوّل دخول، ويمكنك رفضها أو إيقافها من إعدادات الجهاز؛ يعمل التطبيق بدونها.
الإنترنت وحالة الشبكة: للاتصال بالخادم.
لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الصور ولا الميكروفون.
مع من تُشارك بياناتك
مزوّد خدمتك: يرى بيانات اشتراكك ورسائلك وإشعارات دفعك ونتائج اختبار السرعة وتقييمك — فهو صاحب الخدمة المقدَّمة لك.
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging): لإيصال الإشعارات إلى جهازك فقط.
Cloudflare: قد يُجري اختبار السرعة التنزيل من خادم Cloudflare للقياس (speed.cloudflare.com) فيرى عنوان IP الخاص بك كأي موقع، أو من خادمنا.
تطبيقات المشاركة: حين تختار أنت مشاركة رابط «ادعُ جارك» يمرّ عبر التطبيق الذي تختاره (واتساب مثلاً).
الجهات الرسمية: إن طلبتها جهةٌ مختصّة بطلبٍ قانوني ملزم.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع معلنين أو وسطاء بيانات أو أي طرفٍ آخر.
مدّة الحفظ والحذف
على جهازك: تسجيل الخروج من شبكة يمحو رمز الجلسة وبيانات الدخول والنسخة المحفوظة من اشتراكك، وحذف الشبكة من القائمة يمحوها كلّياً. إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يمحو كل ما على الجهاز.
على خادمنا: المدد المذكورة في الجدول أعلاه، وما بقي يُحفظ ما دام اشتراكك قائماً لدى مزوّدك.
طلب الحذف: تستطيع طلب حذف بياناتك من خادمنا في أي وقت — التفاصيل في صفحة حذف البيانات.
الأمان
كل اتصال بين التطبيق وخادمنا مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، ولا يرسل التطبيق بيانات دخولك إلا لنطاقات omarmanager.net الموثوقة. بيانات الدخول على جهازك في مخزنٍ مشفّر، والنسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي لبيانات التطبيق معطّل. لا يوجد نظامٌ آمنٌ تماماً، لكننا نعالج أي ثغرة تُكتشف فوراً.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لصاحب اشتراك الإنترنت (البالغ عادةً) وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصدٍ بياناتٍ منهم. ميزة «ساعات الأولاد» يضبطها صاحب الاشتراك لتنظيم أوقات الإنترنت في البيت ولا تجمع بياناتٍ عن الأطفال.
حقوقك
لك أن تطلب نسخةً من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. ما يخصّ اشتراكك (الاسم، الباقة، الرصيد) يصحّحه مزوّدك؛ وما يُحفظ على خادمنا تطلبه منّا مباشرةً.
التعديلات
أي تعديلٍ جوهري يُنشر في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث التاريخ أعلاها.

Who we are and what the app does
Bawabati is used by an internet subscriber of an internet service provider (“your provider”) that runs its network with Omr Tik. The app shows your subscription, expiry date, usage and speed, and lets you renew and pay from your balance, message your provider, and use other features your provider enables.
We (Omr Tik) operate the app and the server it connects to. Your subscription and its data (your name, plan, balance and internet account) belong to and are managed by your provider; we process them on the provider’s behalf only to deliver this service.
No ads, no advertising ID, no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
We never sell or rent your data.
We do not access your location, contacts, photos or files.
We do not read or log the websites you browse.
Data we process and why
Data
Purpose
Where it is stored
Sign-in details: your internet account username and password, or phone/serial number plus the last 4 digits of your phone — depending on what your provider allows.
To verify that you own the subscription.
On your device in encrypted storage (Android Keystore) for automatic re-sign-in. Sent encrypted to our server at sign-in to be checked against your provider’s system; what you type at sign-in is not stored on our server (apart from what your provider already keeps in its own system, such as RADIUS accounts).
Comes from your provider’s system; a last copy is kept on your device so the screen never opens empty, and is erased when you sign out.
Your messages to your provider (support chat).
To deliver them and show replies.
Our server; deleted automatically 90 days after the conversation is closed.
Payment notices: wallet, amount, transfer reference number and your note.
So your provider can verify your payment and renew you.
Our server; deleted 90 days after they are decided. The app does not process payment cards and never asks for card details.
Balance operations: renewals, Turbo, night plan, kids’ hours, balance transfers to another subscriber, points and invite-a-neighbour.

Device permissions
Camera: only to scan your provider’s network QR code, requested when you tap “Scan”. The image is processed on your device and is never stored or uploaded.
Notifications: requested after your first sign-in; you can deny or turn them off in system settings and the app still works.
Internet and network state: to reach the server.
The app does not request location, contacts, photos or microphone access.
Who your data is shared with
Your provider: sees your subscription data, messages, payment notices, speed-test results and ratings — it is the business providing your service.
Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging): only to deliver notifications to your device.
Cloudflare: the speed test may download from Cloudflare’s measurement server (speed.cloudflare.com), which sees your IP address like any website, or from our server.
Sharing apps: when you choose to share an invite link, it goes through the app you pick (e.g. WhatsApp).
Authorities: when required by a valid, binding legal request.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else.
Retention and deletion
On your device: signing out of a network erases the session token, sign-in details and the saved copy of your subscription; removing the network from the list erases it entirely. Uninstalling the app erases everything on the device.
On our server: the periods listed above; anything else is kept while your subscription with your provider is active.
Deletion requests: you can ask us to delete your data from our server at any time — see Delete your data.
Security
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and the app only sends your sign-in details to trusted omarmanager.net hosts. Sign-in details on your device are kept in encrypted storage, and automatic app-data backup is disabled. No system is perfectly secure, but we fix any vulnerability we learn of promptly.
Children
The app is meant for the internet account holder (normally an adult) and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data. The “Kids’ hours” feature is set by the account holder to schedule internet time at home and collects no data about children.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data. Subscription details (name, plan, balance) are corrected by your provider; data stored on our server can be requested from us directly.
