1 — Parties and service

Bawabati is an app by Omr Tik that connects you to the internet subscription provided by your provider. The internet service itself — speed, prices, plans, renewals, refunds and technical support — is provided by your provider and governed by your agreement with them. We provide the tool that shows your subscription and passes your requests to them.

2 — Sign-in and your account

• You sign in with the internet account your provider gave you, or the method they enable. Keep it confidential; actions taken from the app with your account are attributed to it.
• Do not try to access someone else’s subscription, guess passwords, overload the server or bypass its limits.

3 — Balance and payments

• Balance, prices and plans (renewal, Turbo, night plan, kids’ hours, balance transfers, points) are set and managed by your provider; the app sells nothing on its own account.
• A “payment notice” informs your provider of a transfer you made outside the app; your provider accepts or rejects it. Any dispute about amounts or refunds is settled with them.
• Operations paid from balance (such as renewals or transfers) may not be reversible from the app — review them before confirming.

4 — Acceptable use

Do not use messaging or ratings to send abuse, threats or unlawful content. Your provider may disable messaging or features for you under its own policy.

5 — Availability

We aim to keep the app running without interruption, but it depends on your connection, your provider’s system and our server; data may be delayed or a feature may be temporarily unavailable. The features available to you are chosen by your provider and may change or stop.

6 — Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality or interruption of your internet service, your provider’s decisions, or indirect damages arising from using the app.

7 — Privacy and deletion

Your data is handled under the Privacy Policy, and you can request its deletion on the Delete your data page.

8 — Changes and contact
